The European Commission and the project consortium are dedicated to give stakeholders the opportunity to provide input to this study, thereby creating a transparent and open process. This website is the main information exchange platform between the study-team, the Commission and the stakeholders.
Throughout the study, a number of meetings will be organized to discuss progress and give stakeholders the opportunity to express their views.
A first stakeholder meeting has taken place on 7 June at the Albert Borschette Congress Center in Brussels. The first meeting was dedicated to introducing the objectives and scope of the study, the work plan and the first findings (study presentations). More than 65 representatives from a broad variety of stakeholder organisations have held interesting discussions, as can be read from the meeting minutes.
A second stakeholder meeting has taken place on 21 December at the Albert Borschette Congress Center in Brussels. This meeting (programme) provided insight in how stakeholders' feedback has been taken into account in fine-tuning the Smart Ready Service catalogue. Furthermore, it was explained how the catalogue was streamlined and shaped into the first draft of the Smart Readiness Indicator calculation methodology developed in the framework of this study (see presentation). Close to 100 representatives from a broad variety of stakeholder organisations were present. The meeting minutes are available here.
The third and last stakeholder meeting of this technical study has taken place on 28 May 2018 at the Albert Borschette Congress Center in Brussels. More than 70 representatives from a broad variety of stakeholder organisations were present in this meeting.
